I started this blog as a journal about a bodybuilding diet that lasted from January 10, 2010 - April 4, 2010. The diet was meant to significantly reduce body fat, and to get a lean, rockin' hard body in 12 weeks!
Now that I've successfully dieted down, I am focused on training hard and building more muscle. I'll post pictures and video of my favorite techniques and exercises, share my training challenges, and blog about my short and long-term goals in the gym.
