Rise and shine!

Whew, morning cardio is not as easy as I remembered. I know I will be tired tonight, but on the bright side, it’s a great way to start the day because I feel great right now.

I was at the gym by 6 this morning, and did 30 minutes on the Elliptical and 15 minutes walking at an incline on the treadmill. I came home and did abs before eating Meal 1 (oatmeal and egg whites). My new favorite ab exercise is the “plank”. It doesn’t involve any movement because you are holding the “up” push-up position, but man can you feel it, especially if you focus on pulling your belly button in. I have been doing 4 sets for 30 seconds each.
