    Wow – you are smokin!!! You look so fit and toned, you should be proud! Do you track your eats/workouts on this blog?? I’m going to have to check it out 🙂

      Hey Becky – thanks!! You know, I was copying all of my eating and training from my paper journal to the blog for a while, but it took more time than I wanted to spend, and I was getting too far behind. I created the Diet and Training page as a basic overview of what I do on a daily basis.

    I can see a huge difference. Sometimes we don’t see in ourselves what others can see because we’re hard on ourselves. Your transformation is amazing!! 🙂

    omg!!! OMG. sister you look fab! now I want to do a bodyjournal — I may just copy u and get ripped, too 🙂 I love that you have your ‘before’ picture right beside your after picture, too — really helps document the transformation. OMG YOU LOOK AMAZING! You are going to kill me for saying this, but my favorite part is the change in your face- it is just so radiant + slim! love it!! those quads are rockin, too 😉
